Soap is not the wisest choice when it comes to cleaning your face. Unlike the other parts of the body, facial skin is especially sensitive. Using soap can be abrasive to your skin because soaps are scented and sometimes dyed.
To have glowing healthy skin, you can try natural ways of washing your face without using soap. Natural ways are more efficient and they don’t have to strain your pockets since they are readily available.

1. Use Milk as a Cleanser.
Milk is not only good for consumption but also is great as a cleanser for your face. Milk contains lactic acid that works to remove dead skin cells from your face and contains proteins and fat that moisturize your skin.
You can use plain yogurt as an alternative to the whole milk as it has the same lactic properties. Don’t use skimmed milk as an alternative because it doesn’t contain these properties.
For best results, massage the milk or yogurt gently into your skin and leave it for a few minutes. Rinse it out with warm water. Additionally, you can use milk for your whole body cleansing and moisturizing, by adding 2-4 cups in your bath.
2. Make an Oatmeal Paste.
Among the best natural cleansers and exfoliators for the skin is oatmeal. You grind the oatmeal into fine powder to get the best results. To make it into a paste mix it with either aloe Vera or small amounts of water.
Also, you can mix in some wheat germ, cornmeal, ground rice or flaxseed in your powdered oatmeal. To make a face mask mix the oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of whole milk or plain yogurt, with a tablespoon of honey.
Wait for 20 minutes with the oatmeal paste or skin on and wash it off with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

For starters, honey is a humectant that draws and locks the moisture from the air and leaves your face soft and moisturized. It also has antibacterial properties that heal and soothe your skin and gets rid of acne and doesn’t strip your skin of your natural oils.
You spread a thin layer of honey on your face and gently massage it into your skin. If you feel that you need to lighten the consistency of the honey, add in few drops of water before applying it.
You can also add a teaspoon of baking soda to exfoliate your skin. Alternatively add to the honey fresh lemon juice to cleanse your skin. To create a foaming gel cleanser, you can mix 2 teaspoons of castile soap and half a cup of honey.
4. Rub Lemon on your Face.

To prepare the pulp cut the cucumber in slices and blend them. Another way is to use a juice extractor and squeeze the juice off it. Alternatively, you can cut the cucumber into thin slices and refrigerate them. Use this on your skin for healthy glowing skin.
6. Massage Sugar on your Face.
Not only is sugar used as a sweetener but it's also used as a beauty cleaning product. To clean your face use sugar to exfoliate and cleanse your skin.
You should make sure that the sugar is finely grounded to avoid being too abrasive on your face. To make it more efficient turn it into a paste by adding a bit of water or olive/ coconut oil.
