Making the Cake

  1. 175 grams Margarine
  2. 175 grams Sugar
  3. 4 eggs
  4. Vanilla essence
  5. 2 bananas
  6. 175 grams Flour
  7. Baking powder

Making the Icing

  1. 125 grams Cooking fat
  2. 125 grams icing sugar
  3. Vanilla essence
  4. Goden yellow food colour
  5. Green food colour
  6. Water


Making the Cake
  1. Grease the tin.
  2. Mix the margarine and sugar by whisking for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, make sure the egg is well mixed before adding the next one.
  4. Add the vanilla essence whisk until it’s well mixed
  5. Mash the bananas.
  6. Add the mashed bananas into the mixture. Mix well.
  7. Mix the baking powder and the flour and put them into the mixture.
  8. Mix by folding in and out.
  9. Set the oven at 180 0C and 45 minutes.
  10. Pre-heat the oven for ten minutes.
  11. Put the mixture into the greased tin.
  12. Level the mixture to eliminate the spaces.
  13. Open the oven and put the cake in the middle.
Making the icing
  1. Mix the cooking and the icing sugar and whisk
  2. Add the vanilla essence
  3. To both food colours add a small amount of water.
  4. Divide into two portions
  5. Put one portion to the golden yellow food colour and the other in the green one
  6. Decorate your cake.
